This type of anxiety is so so so normal ❤️❤️ you are not alone! I benefitted by writing lists at first - because you forget everything 🤦 plus, it helped my husband understand my game plan

You could write a list of what you want to go in each room, or items you use most you need in hands reach

This time of almost ADHD means we think EVERYTHING has priority, EVERYTHING needs to be in place. ❤️ If you commit to only putting away one item each day, consistently, and that's all you can do, you live your way. There's no rules on your house ❤️

Also, I almost never slept at first, because those naps were my only free moments, and I didn't want to waste a moment....even if it just allowed me to mindlessly play solitaire. So, don't feel guilty if you decide to stay up 🤣

(I hope this wasn't an armchair diagnosis! ❤️)

Incidentally, I have massive amounts of stationary, that I am always reorganizing, which is why I first looked at your post 🤣
